Charnu Winery Shipping Policy

Due to the risk of temperature fluctuation during the summer and winter months, Charnu Winery will store your wine in its temperature-controlled facility until weather permits us to ship again. Temperature fluctuation will result in damaged wines. To avoid this risk, we will schedule your shipment based on current temperatures in your area. If you require immediate shipment, please let us know by contacting the winery when you check out (707.963.6045 / info@charnuwinery.com).

We are currently able to accept orders for AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NY, NV, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA and WI. We recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We primarily use UPS for shipments. If you select ground service, you should expect wine shipments to arrive 2-7 business days after the actual shipping date. If you select 2nd day, it will take 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

Charnu Winery complies with state laws and currently direct ships to consumers 21 years or older in the approved states. To place an order you must provide your date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing this order with Charnu Winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
