Details
The long, warm 2007 growing season produced a gorgeous Charnu Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is rich with ripe, red fruits and butter cream. The entry is commanding, layered with flavors of cherry compote and blackberry. Soft oak notes give warmth and texture to this dense wine, while relaxed tannins elongate its smooth finish. The 2007 Charnu is ready to be enjoyed now, but will also benefit from time in the cellar.
